Shipping and Returns

Returns.

For bracelets we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before issuing a refund. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Items showing signs of wear — including stretched cord, surface marks on stones, odors (perfume, skin, cosmetics), or damaged packaging — are not eligible for a refund.

If an item is returned in a condition other than new, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on minerals, but if there's an issue with your order, please feel free to contact us. We're always happy to assist.

Shipping.

Each bracelet is made to order. Processing time: 1-3 business days before shipment. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Free delivery within Estonia.

Estimated delivery for EU, GB, Switzerland, and Canada: 5–14 business days.

USA: 9–19 business days.

Australia: 14–26 business days.

At this time, we only ship to the countries listed above.

Customs and Import Duties.

Buyers are responsible for all customs and import duties incurred. Seller is not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by customs.
